“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh, is there anything too hard for Me? Jeremiah 32:27

This year 2011, I believe with God all things are possible.

The basis of my faith is from written and spoken word of God which cannot return to Him empty until it accomplished the purpose with which the word was sent.

From the theme of our conference, we found out that God asked Jeremiah His prophet to Israel a question. “Is there anything too hard for Me?”

The story behind this passage was that Prophet Jeremiah was imprisoned in the court of the prison which was in the King of Judah’s house because he prophesied that Judah would be taken captives to Babylon and later will return to their land. The people including their king did not believe and Jeremiah became a victim of persecution.

Beloved, even though Jeremiah was shut up in prison BUT the word of the Lord was not shut up in prison.
Ref: JEREMIAH 26:8-9.

No matter what confront us, we must speak the word of God that we believe and live by His word to experience the power of God of possibility.

This is 2011, the word of God still stand forever. Isaiah 40:8 says “The grass withers, flower fades but the word of our God stands forever”.
Whether the word is pleasing to our ears or not His word is divinely given.

Every promise of God is full of life and it will manifest in His time and season.
It is by the same word of God that the barren Sarah became a mother GENESIS 21:1 “And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for Sarah as He had spoken”

Nothing is too hard for God when He release His word. His word goes before miracle happen!
Prayer: May the word of God be fulfilled in your life as He had spoken in Jesus name!

Brothers and Sisters, the same word of God has potential for manifestation even in 2011.
Let us roll back the curtain of time!

Am quite sure men laughed at the word of God in the days of Noah because Noah told them that destruction was coming. Genesis 6:13, 7:17-24.
We do not forget the world of Lot the nephew of Abraham in Sodom! It was the same word of God that went forth. Genesis 18-19.

Ladies and gentlemen, regardless of the opposition, the Prophet maintained his course. He did not change his message because of persecutions.

You can oppose the speaker but the word of God can never be opposed. Once released by Him, it shall surely come to pass at the appointed time.

To all Ministers of God, my encouragement to us is that we should maintain our course regardless. We are not sent to preach popular message BUT to deliver God’s word.

A postman is a messenger of Royal Mail or his/her postal company. Even if he has an idea of what type of letter this is gas bill, electricity, inland revenue etc..), the assignment of the day is to deliver the letter to addressee. Some will rejoice while others cry on opening the mails.

Jeremiah 23:28-29 declares “The prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream; and he who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? says the Lord. Is not My word like fire? says the Lord and like hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?

With the word of God like fire and hammer, what will be hard for God to deal with?

Preach the word in season and out of season. Declare the word of God regardless. Do not be intimidated by the faces of the people.
Beloved, Jeremiah 1:17-19 already declared what will happen to you and I because we speak the word of God.

But first before we speak, we were told to:

• Prepare ourselves and arise: To prepare means get ready.

You cannot speak the word of God without preparing yourself and to do it, you must arise. You cannot be in the same position as those you were sent to, they are down you are down. You must arise to lift those who are down up!

To prepare yourself is to first of all settle whose servant you are.

Who sent you? After all, Romans 10:14-15 declares that you cannot hear the word unless it is preached and how can the word be preached unless someone is sent to preach it.

No man goes to deliver the message of his master without taking his or her credential/s with him/her.

• During preparation, your identity in Christ and the knowledge of the truth in you that the message sent to deliver is nothing but good news is important.
Good news even when the message is a rebuke. It is still good news at least there is room for repentance before death. After death is judgement.
• Prepare yourself in knowledge of the people you are sent to.
• Prepare yourself in prayer and fasting.
• When you arise, you maintain a posture of strength and sensitivity.

When you arise, you are awakened from slumber and you become sensitive. Habakkuk 2:1 declare “I will stand my watch and set myself on the rampart, and watch to see what He will say to me and what I will answer when I am corrected”

God wants us to do these two things as we declare the word of God.

Once you maintain your position, fear has no hold on you again because all that you see is the One who sent you and the resources of Heaven at your disposal.

Beloved, I have learnt that before the fullness of God’s promise to you, signs and wonders always precede the fullness of the promise.

Jeremiah 32:6-15. Key verses 7-8. The prophetic word given by Prophet Jeremiah was backed by prophetic action. The Lord told him to buy a land which he deeded and sealed according to law and custom. The action was to a sign from God that His word will be fulfilled.

Look back to where you come from in your journey with Jesus Christ. See the raining day how He covered you according to His word. He had been your pillar of fire by night and cloud by day.

With God, all things are possible. As we travel along the journey of 2011 believe that you are alive to prosper. You are alive to live a mark on your generation! You are alive to fulfil dreams and birth visions.

Finally, to experience the power of God of possibility continuously, take note of the following principles.

• Be a believing believer.

Do not doubt the word of God. His word was given as final authority over every matter. Nothing can be added or take away from it. Is anything too hard for Me?

• See yourself as a conduit of His blessings to others.

God delight in blessing you so that you can be a conduit of blessing to others. Genesis 12:1-3.

• Be prepared to be at God’s appointed place at His appointed time.

Isaac wanted to leave Gerar for Egypt because of economic downturn (famine) but God warned him not to leave Gerar. “Then the Lord appeared to him and said, “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of which I shall tell you. Dwell in this land and I will be with you, and bless you; for to you and your descendants I give all these lands, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father“ Genesis 26:2-3.

Elijha had to be at the Brook Cherith which flows into Jordan to eat the food brought by Ravens and drank its water.
Afterwards, he had to travel to Zarephath to be fed by a widow. 1 Kings 17:1-16.
Learn to recognise the place of your divine visitation. Be flexible and ready to obey Christ.

• Your breakthrough is in unusual package.

The gift God will send you will not be what you expect. Do not despise nor belittle anyone.

Gerar never look pleasant as a matter of fact, it did not hold water to bring increase to the labour of Isaac and his men. But because Isaac was trained to obey God and to fear Him he did not miss his place of blessing.

By the way, Isaac obedience revealed to us that prosperity is a process and a journey in life.

“The man began to prosper and continue to prosper till he became very prosperous.” Genesis 26:13

Let me ask you at this point, how are you training your children?

As a result of obedience to the word of God and acceptance of the land, dry land became extra fertile land for Isaac.
Beloved God does not wait for man’s approval to bless you and I. He does it anyway.

The price of Redemption was not found in the house of High Priest, not Palace of man, but in the small babe of Bethlehem called Jesus!

When Jesus came in person, He did not fit into the mode of Messiah the people were expecting, so he was not accepted.

There was a town that was expecting a major breakthrough from God. One day a preacher showed up in their town centre looking rough and stressful. His words are not sharp with preacher’s voice so no one believed he was a preacher. After all a preacher must have a “preacher’s voice”

Later the man left the town because he was rejected. It was so bad that no one will give him accommodation. On his way out of town, a young man was entering the town when he saw the preacher transformed and taken up to heaven like Elijha’s story. The young man picked up the letter on the preacher’s cloth and ran to town.

When the people saw him running and panting to town, they all came out to him and asked for the reason of his action. He gave the note and told them what he saw. On reading the note the message concluded by saying “expect your breakthrough in the next generation since you rejected the answer for your breakthrough because it did not come as you expected it to come”.

Remember, not to look for your miracles in the spectacular. You will miss it!
